I am a BACP-registered integrative counsellor based in the  Kingsbridge area, South Devon, offering adults  face-to-face counselling and online counselling across the UK.
 
Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, family issues, relationship difficulties, or past or present traumatic experiences, I offer a safe, confidential space where you can be heard, understood and supported as you explore your thoughts and feelings and behaviours at your own pace.

My approach is integrative, holistic, and flexible, drawing on a range of therapeutic models tailored to your unique personality, experiences, needs, and goals. ​I am perceptive, empathetic and explore beneath the surface, always putting you firmly at the centre of our work together.

In addition to counselling, I offer supervision for trainee and qualified counsellors, helping other professionals reflect on their practice and develop their skills.
